Professional tennis is officially back in New Haven! The Oracle Challenger Series, which aims to help up-and-coming American players secure both ranking points and prize money, will hold its first event of the 2019-2020 Series at the Yale University Tennis Center from September 2-8, 2019. And best of all, it’s free! The tournament will continue New Haven’s 21-year tradition of professional women’s tennis stemming from the annual Connecticut Open, while professional men’s tennis will make its return to the area for the first time in 30 years. Come on out and enjoy the end of summer by watching some of the sport’s brightest young stars during this week-long free event. We can’t wait to see you all there!
