What is the Chamber Wellness Challenge?
The Chamber Wellness Challenge (CWC) presented by GNHCC's Health Care Council is an inaugural event focused on the health benefits of walking and teamwork!
  • Teams of 3 to 5 individuals will each be tasked with walking 450,000 steps over three months.  
  • Teams and individuals that reach the goal will be entered to win prizes!
  • While the competitive team walking challenge is at the heart of the program, each week will include Chamber member hosted "Pop-Up" events that will focus on other wellness categories - mental health, financial well being and nutrition - providing an opportunity for individual participation and more prizes...
The CWC will begin on March 15, 2020 and run through June 12, 2020 and conclude with awards and celebration at the annual Regional Health Care Awards Breakfast in June 2020.
